The space

Avalon is a single-story villa with a large main house and a quaint white cottage that was designed in the traditional Jamaican style. Intimacy and space are perfectly balanced in the main house, which has two exquisitely furnished bedrooms, and the cottage, which has two more guest rooms. Guests can arrive via an elegant stone Venetian staircase from the ocean side or through grand wooden doors at the front. Inside, polished wood floors, soft blues, greens, and corals create an inviting ambiance. The open-concept living and dining areas lead to a cozy media room, while a shaded brick terrace provides a peaceful place to unwind. A few steps down, the heated infinity pool and sun deck offer breathtaking ocean views. The master suite hosts a king-size bed, while the guest room has convertible twin beds. Each en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The guest cottage offers two more en suite bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin beds that convert to a king.

Things to know

* Avalon is fully staffed with a butler, chef, housekeeper, laundress, and gardeners, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

* A short golf cart ride or walk to The Great House restaurant, gym, reception, commissary, games room, library, tennis courts, pickleball, kids club, and nanny service, and the environment office. A short golf cart ride to the luxury spa, beach, beach club, watersports facility, beach grill, championship golf course, commissary, and tour attractions desk.

* The rates quoted for the villa is subject to a 10% Government Tax and a 7.5% Administration Fee.

MANDATORY TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE
The Tryall Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of:
1 – 4 days – per day
16 years & older: $34 + 15% tax per person ($39.10)
13 – 15 years: $17 + 15% tax per person ($19.55)

5 – 7 days
16 years & older: $170 + 15% tax per person ($195.50)
13 – 15 years: $85 + 15% tax per person ($97.75)
ages 12 years and younger are complimentary

* Tips can be paid in cash to the villa manager upon departure to distribute amongst the villa team, or you may place the amount on your Front Office account. When charged to your account this attracts a surcharge charge.
