Bee Happy Villa

Bee Happy is a contemporarily renovated two-bedroom villa that offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and city lights from its spacious 67-foot veranda, complete with a private plunge pool and outdoor shower.

Perched near the historic 18th-century Great House, Bee Happy is just a two-minute golf cart ride to the Club’s private beach, Beach Club, and championship Tryall Golf Course. The villa’s prime location also provides easy access to the main pool, tennis and pickleball courts, spa, fitness center, and shops.

The space

Designed with modern Colonial elegance, the villa blends Caribbean beauty with laid-back island charm. Thoughtfully curated details include handcrafted furniture from Trelawny and artwork by renowned Jamaican artists. A historic Kingston sugar boiler at the entrance adds a touch of heritage.

The inviting living space features a comfortable lounge, an indoor dining area, and a well-stocked bar. The fully equipped kitchen is managed by Paulette, the villa’s award-winning housekeeper, who prepares fresh meals using herbs from the garden. She provides daily housekeeping, laundry, and breakfast, with the option of evening meals at an additional cost.

The primary suite has a king-size bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower, while the guest room can be configured as a king or twin and has its own en suite bath. Both open to private terraces.

* A short walk to the environment office, tennis courts, pickleball, great house restaurant, gym, reception, commissary, games room, library, kids club, and nanny service. A short golf cart ride to the luxury spa, beach, beach club, watersports facility, beach grill, championship golf course, boutique, and tour attractions desk.

* The rates quoted for the villa is subject to a 10% Government Tax and a 7.5% Administration Fee.

MANDATORY TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE
The Tryall Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of:
1 – 4 days – per day
16 years & older: $34 + 15% tax per person ($39.10)
13 – 15 years: $17 + 15% tax per person ($19.55)

5 – 7 days
16 years & older: $170 + 15% tax per person ($195.50)
13 – 15 years: $85 + 15% tax per person ($97.75)
ages 12 years and younger are complimentary

* Tips can be paid in cash to the villa manager upon departure to distribute amongst the villa team, or you may place the amount on your Front Office account. When charged to your account this attracts a surcharge charge.
