Located in the Heart Beat of Ocho Rios, St. Ann is a Luxury 8 Bedroom 8.5 Bathroom Villa right on the water’s edge that was completed in March 2020. Entry to the villa is through the private Boutique Resort of Hermosa Cove Villa Resorts and Suites. Its location boasts stunning views of the crystal clear blue waters that Ocho Rios, also known as “Ochi” is well-known for. You enter the Villa through the dramatic Jequitiba wood ceiling and eclectic light fixtures designed by Clayton Korver. Then, transition through the over-sized pivot door and your eyes meets the Caribbean Sea. 

This incredible luxury villa sits right on the ocean’s edge providing a stunning 180-degree view of the pristine coastal landscape. Buttonwood Reef is conducive to outside living and offers a shallow entry, infinity-edge pool which has a Baja ledge with sun shelves and an adjacent hot tub. Of course, the experience is made complete with our friendly, attentive and trustworthy Staff of 7 persons which includes: Chef, Butlers, Housekeeping & Laundresses and a Pool & Watersports Attendant.

The space

Buttonwood Reef is home to an excellent collection of diverse pieces representing some of the very best Jamaican Artisans including Dougall, Mara Made, Pinto Pottery, Touch by VLS and Dready Art. The custom artisanal dining table made from one piece of Tamarind, seats 18 and is a piece of art in itself. This cool, chic, modern villa is the epitome of ocean edge living. The sunken evel sitting room benefits from wide openings to the verandah while modern finished throughout the house add a contemporary touch of luxury.

The Almond Tree terrace with barbecue is a shaded terrace overlooking the sandy beach area to the east. A lower terrace with sun loungers, a 3-pin putting green and numerous other quiet areas for peace and tranquillity are available to guests. Spend your sunny day’s ocean edge dining, lounging and enjoying the horizon. Cove Beach access is only a few steps away, follow the footpaths and explore the local artistry of Hermosa Cove.

All of our ‘Modern-Chic’ bedroom suites boast ocean views with your very own private balcony. Sea Fan has a special touch with an added private outdoor soaking tub and rain shower in tropical bliss. Guests will also enjoy the air-conditioned games room that leads into the media room filled with enormous comfy sofas and an 85” SMART TV, perfect for family movie night or the big football game.

All bedrooms have quiet remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen SMART televisions, ALEXA, personal safes and en-suite bathrooms with robes, and luxurious bathroom amenities. The ground level bedrooms have direct walk-out access to the putting green, lush garden, man-made sandpit and sea side deck.

Special celebrations require advance permission before a reservation can be confirmed. The Property is not available for rent as a Wedding Venue. Buttonwood Reef does not accept any outside guests during the day or evening or for any meals.
