The property consists of three separate, identical 4-bedroom villas set in beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens leading to a private, sandy man-made beach and a semi-enclosed marina pool. The villas can be rented separately or together: The Suite can be entered either from outside or by connecting the hallway from the main house: the outside entrance can be shut off at guests’ request. The villas are similarly furnished in a coastal contemporary style, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms. Each villa has balconies and verandas with views of the gardens and the Caribbean Sea. Each villa has three King bedrooms and a fourth bedroom that has two double Queen beds.

Coral Cay Villa 1 has 4 bedrooms – 3 standard king bedrooms & 1 double queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with commercial kitchen and open living & dining areas. There is a Bluetooth outdoor speaker and an electronic room safe.
Coral Cay Villa 2 has 5 Bedrooms – 3 Standard King Bedrooms, 1 Double Queen Bedroom Deluxe King Room with En-suite Bathrooms. There is a well-appointed kitchen, small office, living & dining areas with a covered verandah, Bluetooth outdoor speaker, and an electronic room safe.
Coral Cay Villa 3 has 4 bedrooms – 3 standard king bedrooms & 1 double queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a well-appointed kitchen and open living & dining areas. There is a Bluetooth outdoor speaker and an electronic room safe.

The villas are staffed with a chef, housekeeper and a gardener.
Coral Cay allows weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, etc. on the property. ABSOLUTELY NO paid parties/stage shows. One-day special events, such as weddings, are accommodated at Coral Cay Villas, with a minimum 3-night villa rental (5-night minimum from December 18-January 10). All three villas must be booked. All special events attract an event fee as follows:
